New Dealer Application:
To become an authorized SlickFISH Lures Inc. dealer please provide the following information.
1. A copy of business license - if required.
2. Your resale Federal Tax ID #, State Tax ID #, or IRS #.
3. A completed Application for Credit (download application form below).
Advertising Policy:
SlickFISH Lures reserves the right to approve all ads before airing. Authorized dealers may advertise SlickFISH Lures by submitting ads for approval prior to appearing Online, in Print, over Radio and Television or by any other available means.
Terms and Conditions:
Please ensure that you carefully review SlickFISH Lures terms and conditions prior to placing an order. The following policies have been established to ensure efficiency and consistency in our services. Method of Payment:
First time orders are on a prepaid basis. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We will accept check or money order; however, orders will not ship until receipt of payment. A $30 service charge will be levied on returned checks.
Terms for Established Credit:
Upon credit approval, we offer net 30 day terms to qualified accounts, a 2% discount on purchase price net of taxes if payment is received within ten days of invoice date. A monthly service charge of 2% will be added to overdue balances. Shipments will be held on delinquent accounts over sixty (60) days.
Minimum Order:
Our minimum order is $500. Orders less than $500 will be charged a $25 handling fee.
Shipping, Handling and Insurance:
We ship FOB shipping point. Inside the USA, goods ship UPS ground unless otherwise specified. Outside the USA, product will ship via customer specified carrier. Expedited shipping is available upon request. Cargo insurance is available upon request and will be in addition to product purchased. Freight charges are in addition to product purchased.
Change Order:
All additions, deletions or changes must be made within twenty-four (24) hours of placing an order.
Pricing:
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Damaged Items:
Notification of damaged merchandise must be made within five (5) days of delivery. Insured damaged goods will be replaced at no charge within thirty (30) days. Upon request, SlickFISH LURES will provide instructions for submitting a claim and issue a Return Authorization Number. Returns of damaged goods will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Uninsured damaged goods will not be replaced.
Return Policy:
SlickFISH Lures guarantee to all Dealers; all goods may be returned for credit or exchange. Prepare a detailed returns list and fax it to SlickFISH Lures at 1-972-288-2078. List must include company name, contact information, invoice number and reasons for return. SlickFISH Lures will contact dealer within three (3) business day of receiving the list to advise on approval status or to clarify submitted information. Once approved for return, SlickFISH Lures will provide dealer with a Return Authorization Number and shipping information. Dealers who return product are responsible for sufficient packaging to ensure product does not arrive damaged. Returned items must be received in saleable condition; otherwise, SlickFISH Lures will not issue credit for or exchange returned items. A copy of return documentation must be included in packaging along with Return Authorization Number in order to insure proper credit or exchange. Exchanges for returned product will ship within three (3) business days from date Authorization Number issued. Credit will issue for returned product within seven (7) business days from date Authorization Number issued. Credits will be maintained on your account for twelve (12) months. SlickFISH Lures does not offer refunds.
